Dr. Kit is a 1989 graduate of the VA-MD College of Veterinary Medicine at Virginia Tech. His hobbies include woodworking, trail riding, and playing guitar. His second job is renovating an old farmhouse. Dr. Kit has a horse named Little Bit that is his Cowboy Mounted Shooting partner. Dr. Ripley is a Disney-loving Florida native, who graduated from University of Florida (Go Gators!) in 2006. Her passion is small animal preventative medicine. In her free time she enjoys photography, traveling, and crocheting. When she is not in the office, she is spending time at home with her husband, Scott, and daughter, Emerson. They have two cats- Davinci and Newton.

Nicole is a 2010 graduate of Blue Ridge Community College. Nicole is a workaholic who shows initiative and gets things done! She is the veterinary representative and an active foster for Sanctuary Rescue. Her hobbies include horseback riding on her gentle giant draft horse “Monty”. Kendall is a 2015 graduate of Blue Ridge Community College who has returned to our clinic after being with us as a veterinary assistant for 7 years! She serves as the Vice President for the Virginia Association of Licensed Veterinary Technicians and as the state of VA representative for the National Association of Veterinary Technicians of America. She has 3 cats at home and enjoys spending time with her daughter who was born in January 2016.
